Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager at Diamond Atelier, you will be responsible for approaching clients to understand their product needs via calls and emails. You will also be required to mail the inventory list as per customization by coordinating with the Team Head/HOD. Additionally, you will handle price negotiation and quotation sharing, as well as closing deals. Furthermore, you will provide after-sale service, including KYC/consignment follow-up, and manage payment follow-up and recovery. You will also coordinate meetings for department heads and process company invoices, providing answers to customer questions via phone and email within an appropriate timeframe. Moreover, you will manage internal operational standards and productivity targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Time management and planning skills
  • The candidate should be comfortable working night shifts
