We're seeking a skilled LinkedIn growth marketing specialist to join our team and help us achieve our business objectives. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing our LinkedIn company page and the LinkedIn profiles of key team members to enhance our online presence.

  • Develop and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies to generate high-quality B2B leads.
  • Create engaging and relevant content tailored for LinkedIn to attract and engage our target audience.
  • Optimize the LinkedIn profiles of team members to ensure they reflect our brand and highlight our expertise.
  • Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and participate in relevant LinkedIn groups to increase visibility and foster connections.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor LinkedIn ad campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Develop and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns to expand the network of our team members, creating a strong employer brand and effective sales funnels.
  • Track and analyze LinkedIn metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align LinkedIn strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in LinkedIn marketing and lead generation.
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn's platform, tools, and best practices for B2B marketing.
  • Strong skills in creating engaging and relevant content for LinkedIn.
