Head of Growth Strategist

This is a remote position with Video SDK, a fast-growing technology company specializing in video-conferencing integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership
- Develop, implement, and optimize a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Oversee the management of an annual ad budget, ensuring effective allocation and maximizing ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategy.
- Lead by example with hands-on management of key Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Utilize advanced techniques for keyword research, ad copywriting, audience targeting, bid management, and performance tracking.
- Experiment with new channels and innovative approaches to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of digital marketing specialists.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment, ensuring the team meets and exceeds KPIs.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, content, product, and analytics to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Set up and maintain a robust system for tracking, measuring, and reporting on all performance marketing activities.
- Regularly report on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in growth marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing growth initiatives.
- Proven experience in SaaS or cloud-based companies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
- Advanced analytical skills with a deep understanding of digital marketing metrics and ROI analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Certification in Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and advanced analytics tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
