Job Title: Senior Design Engineer for Rotary Equipment

">Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement mechanical designs for rotary equipment, including pumps, compressors, fans, blowers, turbines, and agitators.
  • Create technical specifications and prepare datasheets for vendors.
  • Evaluate vendor bids and select suitable suppliers.
  • Manage material requisitions and RFQs with vendors.
  • Conduct technical bid evaluations and purchase order reviews.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry codes and regulations, such as API 610, API 674, API 676, API 617, API 618, API 619, and API 673.
Requirements
  • 10-12 years of experience in designing and implementing rotary equipment for oil and gas, petrochemical, and chemical industries.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical packages, including process and utility packages.
  • Familiarity with international codes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
