
Product Growth Expert

This is an exciting opportunity for a Product Growth Specialist to join our team and drive user onboarding, feature adoption, and engagement for our super app.
The successful candidate will have experience in product growth/growth marketing/product management and a strong interest in product management, SaaS, or growth marketing. They will be responsible for designing smooth onboarding flows, collaborating with the CX team, tracking onboarding completion rates, developing structured release communication plans, translating complex product features into simple messaging, working with the marketing team, and monitoring DAU, MAU, churn, and feature adoption metrics.
- User Onboarding & Adoption:
- • Design smooth onboarding flows (in-app guides, walkthroughs, videos, tooltips) to ensure users get the most out of our app.
- • Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to resolve onboarding issues quickly and efficiently.
- • Track onboarding completion rates and identify areas for improvement to reduce early-stage drop-offs.
- Feature Communication & Education:
- • Develop a structured release communication plan (in-app announcements, email campaigns, push notifications, FAQs, videos) to keep users informed about new features and updates.
- • Translate complex product features into simple, user-friendly messaging that resonates with our target audience.
- • Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure consistent user education campaigns that drive engagement and retention.
- User Engagement & Retention:
- • Develop strategies to drive repeat usage, including gamification, challenges, and rewards that motivate users to continue using our app.
- • Monitor key metrics such as Daily Active Users (DAU), Monthly Active Users (MAU), churn, and feature adoption to identify opportunities for growth.
- • Design interventions to improve these metrics and increase user engagement and retention.
- Data & Experiments:
- • Run A/B tests and growth experiments to validate assumptions and inform product decisions.
- • Use analytics tools to track user journeys, identify drop-off points, and measure the effectiveness of our efforts.
- • Define and report growth KPIs to leadership to ensure alignment and progress towards our goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- • Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features that improve user experience and drive business results.
- • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop adoption campaigns that drive user acquisition and retention.
- • Act as the voice of the user to inform continuous product improvements and enhancements.
Requirements:
- • Experience in product growth/growth marketing/product management.
- • Strong interest in product management, SaaS, or growth marketing.
- • Familiarity with analytics tools and data analysis.
- • Strong communication and storytelling skills to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- • Ability to think creatively, test rapidly, and iterate based on results to drive growth and innovation.
