  • A strong background in Recruiting (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), and Onboarding (ONB) modules is required.
  • Configuration, integration, and support of these modules are key responsibilities.
  • Understanding recruitment processes, employer branding, and onboarding best practices is critical to delivering results.
Key Objectives:
  • End-to-end implementation and support of SuccessFactors RCM, RMK, and ONB modules must be delivered efficiently.
  • Collaboration with HR business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure system functionalities is vital.
  • Design and maintain career sites, candidate pipelines, and onboarding workflows are essential tasks.
  • Troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and providing timely resolutions are crucial.
  • Developing and maintaining system documentation, functional specs, and test scripts are necessary.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors is mandatory.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in RCM, 3+ years in RMK, and 2+ years in ONB is required.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in RCM, RMK, or ONB is highly recommended.
