SAP SF PMGM and SMCDP Consultant

As a highly skilled consultant, you will have the opportunity to take on a key role in shaping the future of our organization. We are currently seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors PMGM and SMCDP consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure PMGM and SMCDP modules to meet the needs of our business.
  • Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand process gaps.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
  • Configure workflows, permissions, MDF objects, business rules, route maps, rating scales, calibrations, 360 review functionality, etc.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP and 5+ years of hands-on experience working exclusively in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong expertise in PMGM (Performance & Goal Management): goal plans, performance cycles, calibrations, 360 reviews, feedback workflows, etc.
  • Solid experience in SMCDP (Succession, Career & Development Planning): succession models, MDF objects, development paths, career worksheets, etc.
  • Experience with at least one full end-to-end implementation of PMGM and SMCDP modules.
  • Proven ability to handle change requests, enhancements, and maintenance (business-as-usual / support) of PMGM and SMCDP.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes related to performance, goal setting, career planning, succession planning.
  • Familiarity with integration points with other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, LMS, Compensation) and/or third-party systems.
  • Strong skills in business requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, UAT, and post-go-live support.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to conduct workshops and engage with business and HR teams.
  • Certifications in SuccessFactors PMGM/SMCDP or related modules preferred.
  • Must be available to work onsite.
