Job Overview

The Cloud Architecture & Advisory team is seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed professional to enhance our capabilities.

This role will act as the primary point of contact for customers on technical topics, working closely with SAP internal teams during the sales cycle.

The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for customers on the S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition topic and its offerings.

A strong team player, this individual will support other team members as required, while gaining exposure to cutting-edge SAP products and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Presenting the RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition service offerings and value proposition to customers in detail.
  • Supporting and organizing technical responses to Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Blueprinting customer requirements around High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity, Security, Compliance, networks, etc.
  • Generating pricing and providing ongoing deal support to sales teams.
  • Leading technical discussions with customers on the Private Cloud Edition topic and orchestrating experts from the Cloud Architecture & Advisory organization as required.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in customer communications and presentations.
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, Business Administration from an accredited university.
  • Good understanding of SAP technologies (releases, platform interdependencies, etc.).
  • Good understanding of entire platform stacks (storage, virtualization, hardware, networks, etc.).
  • Good understanding of RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition.
  • Good understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform.
  • English native speaker, any other language an asset.
  • 7-12 years of hands-on customer-facing SAP Technology Consulting and/or Presales experience.
  • Experience working for an enterprise software and/or services vendor.
  • Experience with hosting providers and data centres is a big advantage; HANA / Suite on HANA skills would be very helpful, but not mandatory.
