SAP Cloud Migration Expert

About the Role
  • Migrate SAP systems to cloud infrastructure using SWPM export/import, backup/restore, and DMO (SUM tool) techniques.
  • Evaluate customer landscapes and assess SAP on-cloud readiness for seamless migration.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on migrating SAP workloads to cloud environments, addressing blockers, and recommending solutions.
  • Design and implement technical architectures, solution designs, backup strategies, patching, and migration strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Collaborate with teams to achieve successful SAP system installations, upgrades, patching, OS/DB migrations, performance optimization, and downtime reduction.
  • Administer SAP Basis / NetWeaver environments, design SAP infrastructure (compute, storage, networking), and manage SAP backups and recovery.
  • Implement high availability and disaster recovery architectures, as well as system upgrades, security packs, and support packages.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in SAP cloud migration.
  • Expertise in SWPM export/import, backup/restore, and DMO (SUM tool).
  • Strong understanding of SAP landscape evaluation and on-cloud readiness assessment.
  • Ability to design and implement technical architectures for cloud migrations.
  • Familiarity with SAP Basis / NetWeaver environments and infrastructure design.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
