Strategic Transformation Leader

Drive transformative initiatives, delivering impactful outcomes and elevating the employee experience. Lead cross-functional collaboration, develop measurement frameworks, and leverage customer insights to refine strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement robust measurement frameworks to assess progress on complex projects.
  • Leverage customer insights and feedback to continuously refine strategies and enhance business solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to proactively address challenges on multifaceted initiatives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships to identify opportunities for innovation and deliver superior products and services.
  • Direct and mentor a dynamic team, managing individual performance through regular coaching and development planning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of technology project management or delivery management experience including 4+ years of direct people management experience, leading high performing teams.
  • 1+ years in transformation experience in people, process or technology transformation.
  • Proven expertise in spearheading people-centric or transformational initiatives.
  • Experience leading the people side of change for technologists.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of product team practices.
  • Experience leading matrixed teams.
  • Experience supporting multi-geographical teams.
