Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate for this position will have a specialization in Business Process/Business Architecture and strong cross-domain knowledge in core functions like HR, Supply Chain, Procurement. In-depth domain understanding in one of the domains such as Energy, Manufacturing, Logistics, Healthcare, Retail, BFS is required.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a comprehensive business architecture strategy aligned with business objectives and drive digital transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their goals and ensure alignment with IT strategy, leveraging expertise in process re-engineering and process mining.
  • Evaluate and select technology platforms/solutions that align with enterprise architecture strategy and ensure compliance to various regulatory requirements and certifications.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the enterprise architecture and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners, stakeholders, and vendors to achieve strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in process tool, frameworks, and techniques, including experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Fair knowledge of GenAI, Cloud Computing, Data & Analytics, DevSecOps, business application portfolio rationalization, application modernization, containerization, APIs, etc.
  • Excellent communication skill and presentation skill, with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in any EAM tool and EA certifications (e.g., TOGAF) is preferable.
