Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced export professional to manage all export operations, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective export strategies, preparing essential documents within required timeframes, and coordinating efficient shipping activities.

The ideal candidate will oversee the smooth functioning of sales staff, guarantee adherence to export objectives, and collaborate with country sales managers to prepare project budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer all export operations and ensure compliance to organizational policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement export strategies and activities
  • Prepare export documents within required timeframe and coordinate efficient shipping activities
  • Oversee the working of sales staff and ensure compliance to export objectives
  • Collaborate with country sales manager to prepare budget for projects
  • Evaluate reports submitted by sales staff and recommend appropriate changes
  • Maintain operational records and establish profitability in the organization
  • Monitor existing and prospective markets in Europe and assist in identifying business opportunities
