Job Title: Equipment Health Specialist

About the Role : We are seeking an experienced Engineer who can provide support on condition monitoring of rotating equipment.

The successful candidate will utilise online and offline data acquisition techniques to analyse maintenance needs and provide recommendations to avoid major breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track equipment condition through data analysis and tracking.
  • Provide support in reliability improvement plans and initiatives based on condition monitoring parameters.
  • Keep updated knowledge of the equipment's condition by identifying developing faults and defects.
  • Maintain healthy equipment condition in compliance with associated standards and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Accredited Vibration Analysis training Cat I.
  • Knowledge of Condition Monitoring Data systems like CSI, Emerson, SKF, and GE System 1 Smart Signal various oil analysis techniques wear particles thermography etc.
  • Overall Experience of 4-6 years along with at least 2-3 years of Condition Monitoring in a Power Refinery Petrochemical Industry.
  • Mandatory Skills O&G Downstream Upstream Midstream AR_VR_MR.

Essential Skills Knowledge and Experience:

  • Basic knowledge of machine condition monitoring balancing alignment and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of rotating equipment maintenance techniques and types.
  • Familiarisation with various vibration standards.
  • Basic understanding of rotor dynamics mechanical design equipment function and construction.
