Key Infrastructure Advisor Role

About the Position:

Our Government & Infrastructure Advisory team is seeking an accomplished PPP professional with 10+ years of experience in PPP transaction structuring, financial modelling, and advisory for government sector infrastructure projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead PPP transaction advisory assignments from conceptualisation to financial closure.
  • Develop and review detailed financial models for infrastructure projects.
  • Advise on PPP structuring, procurement strategy, bid process management, and concession agreements.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement with government agencies, investors, and lenders.
  • Prepare RfQ, RfP, concession agreements, and evaluation reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification (CA/CFA/PGDM).
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in PPP transaction advisory, with strong financial modelling skills.
  • Prior experience with government clients, multilateral agencies, and large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
