We are currently seeking highly skilled researchers to contribute to the development and refinement of large language models (LLMs).

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and fine-tuning LLMs to improve their ability to understand and solve complex mathematical problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate LLM performance on various mathematical tasks, including multi-step algebra and logic questions.
  • Identify areas for improvement in LLMs and develop strategies to address these weaknesses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine LLM training and evaluation workflows.

This role requires a strong foundation in mathematics and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and research abilities.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

  • A PhD or postdoctoral experience in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to solve advanced math problems and provide clear explanations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and provide constructive feedback.
  • Research independence, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment and participate in team discussions.
  • Access to a reliable computer and internet setup.
