Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Research Associate located in Coimbatore. The Research Associate will conduct scientific research, analyze data, and collaborate with the product development team. Responsibilities include studying natural ingredients, developing formulations, ensuring product safety, and maintaining detailed records of research findings. The Research Associate will also assist in scaling up formulations for production and staying updated with industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in scientific research and data analysis
  • Knowledge of natural ingredients and formulation development
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 2-3 years of experience in cosmetics industry
  • Master's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic sceince or related field
  • Experience in the skincare or cosmetic industry is a plus
