Program Management and Project Governance Opportunity

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution.
  • Monitor and track project progress, adjusting as needed to meet objectives.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using relevant tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in project management or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, including MS Project, JIRA, Trello, and Asana.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Ensure effective coordination and communication among team members.
  • Manage project budgets and financials.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
