Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Manager to join our team.

  1. Familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, with a focus on achieving set goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct market research and identify potential clients, utilizing your exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
  3. Cultivate new client relationships while maintaining existing ones, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across departments.
  4. Manage client information in our CRM database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  5. Work closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies, driving business expansion and revenue growth.
  6. Develop and implement sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyze sales data to inform marketing strategies.
  7. Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
  8. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines, prioritizing tasks effectively and efficiently.
  9. Identify new business opportunities and partners, leveraging your network and expertise to drive business growth.
  10. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
  11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
  12. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
