Key Business Leader Position

We are seeking an exceptional business leader to spearhead our cluster's growth and strategy.

  • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to understand cluster requirements and develop effective strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Design and share market intelligence reports to inform business decisions and optimize cluster performance.
  • Analyze opportunities to offer financial solutions to SME clients, meeting their asset and liability needs.
  • Work closely with the credit and risk teams to drive business through targeted sourcing strategies, responding to dynamic market conditions.
  • Uncover cross-sell opportunities across client portfolios and develop strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Lead people management, including career development, coaching, and mentoring of critical talent.
  • Map market trends, expand the cluster's market base, and collaborate with product development teams to launch new products and markets.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate/Post Graduate or MBA from a reputable university or premium business school.
  • AMFI/NCFM/IRDA certifications are advantageous.
  • 8-14 years of relevant experience in operations, client servicing, or sales roles from banking organizations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
