About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation, enabling collaboration, and supporting innovation through modern cloud tools.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration, with expertise in SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and the Power Platform. You will be responsible for administering and managing core Microsoft 365 services, configuring and maintaining SharePoint Online site collections, document libraries, lists, and user permissions.

You will also oversee the lifecycle management and governance of Microsoft Teams and M365 Groups, administer OneDrive policies for file sharing, synchronization, and retention, and deploy and support solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.

In addition, you will provide Tier 2/3 support to resolve technical issues and respond to end-user inquiries, develop user guides, conduct training sessions, and create documentation to drive adoption.

Furthermore, you will collaborate with business units to gather requirements and deliver M365-based solutions, implement and manage security, compliance, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies, and manage permissions and access controls across the M365 suite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage core Microsoft 365 services.
  • Configure and maintain SharePoint Online site collections.
  • Oversee the lifecycle management and governance of Microsoft Teams and M365 Groups.
  • Administer OneDrive policies for file sharing, synchronization, and retention.
  • Deploy and support solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support to resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Deep understanding of the M365 ecosystem, architecture, and integration capabilities.
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting for M365 administration and automation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, retention policies, and data loss prevention practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft certifications such as MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams and MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator.
  • Experience working in hybrid or multi-tenant M365 environments.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
