About the Role:

  • We support in the valuation of various debt and fixed-income securities.
  • We develop and maintain robust valuation models using market-based approaches such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Option Pricing Models, and Market Yield Curves.
  • We analyze terms and features of debt agreements, including covenants, embedded options, and risk factors.
  • We ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • We work closely with audit teams, clients, or internal stakeholders to provide support during audit or review processes.
  • We prepare valuation reports and technical memos.
  • We stay informed on market developments, interest rate trends, and valuation best practices.
  • We review work performed by junior analysts and provide guidance as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Valuation of senior and subordinated debt, convertible notes, structured credit, private and illiquid debt instruments.
  • Maintenance of robust valuation models.
  • Analysis of debt agreement terms and features.
  • Compliance with accounting standards.
