Customer Service Liaison

Job Summary:
The Customer Care Executive will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate departments or staff members.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and forward calls to the relevant departments or staff members.
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars.
- Handle patient intake and registration processes, maintaining confidentiality.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, emailing, and scanning documents.
- Manage inventory and order office supplies, coordinating with other departments.
Requirements:
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Friendly and welcoming demeanor.
