Job Title: Customer Value Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Experience expert to lead our Pune, India location. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering world-class customer experiences and driving business growth.

  • Elevate key customers by monitoring their operational activities and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the field sales team to realize customer development plans.
  • Ensure contracts meet agreed conditions and maintain overview of contract performance.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns that enhance products and services.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), initiate projects as required, and support customers in strategic development.
  • Develop cross-selling and upselling skills to drive value-added services and ensure maximum data quality.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a consultant and problem solver for key customers.
  • Participate in sales meetings and events with key customers.
  • Apply analytical and business acumen to resolve challenges.
  • Plan, organize, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively.
