Healthcare Leadership Role

The primary goal of this position is to oversee the healthcare financing platform in your city, driving patient referrals and fostering strategic partnerships with hospitals.

  • Develop and manage relationships with medical professionals to increase crowdfunding and lending opportunities through our platform.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, ensuring effective field operations, target achievement, and continuous professional growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities by analyzing patient needs and providing EMI-based financing solutions to partner hospitals.
  • Promote awareness and adoption of our platform, enhancing accessibility to instant medical loans and zero-cost EMI options for patients and hospitals.
  • Set revenue objectives and manage both the crowdfunding and lending pipeline on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Provide ongoing market feedback on customer experience, competition, and product gaps to refine our lending solutions.
  • Ensure seamless lending operations by coordinating between patients, hospital finance teams, and partnered lenders.
  • Take full ownership of the city-level P&L, ensuring operational efficiency, revenue growth, and financial sustainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in healthcare or a startup environment.
  • Leadership experience and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region.
  • Prior experience in medical crowdfunding, health-tech, or hospital/doctor engagement.

Preferred (Desirable):

  • Background in managing large field sales teams or partner networks.
  • Experience in retail financial services, including selling loans, EMIs, and insurance.
