Operations Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive to manage our day-to-day activities and drive business growth.

This role involves overseeing supply and operations in the city, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively manage multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Management: Manage supply chain logistics, ensure timely delivery of materials, and optimize inventory levels.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis using advanced Excel skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Operational Oversight: Provide oversight of day-to-day operations, particularly addressing Discharge and Admission escalations.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Facilitate onboarding processes and establish strategic tie-ups with corporate and private hospitals, along with clinics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
