About this Role

We are seeking a seasoned Architectural Leader to spearhead the launch of our Indian studio, driving strategic growth and expansion in the region.

  • As the Studio Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a business plan focused on revenue objectives, managing key accounts, and leading a team to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and promote our company culture across the office.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop a sustained track record of securing new clients and projects.
  • Manage architectural projects at all stages, ensuring desired results within our quality management system.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor team members to achieve their professional goals.
  • Coordinate workflow between the Mumbai office and other global offices on joint projects.
  • Contribute to the business through consistent profits on sustainable fee turnover.
  • Report monthly accounts through our global practice management systems.
  • Represent the company at external events and conferences.

Requirements:

  • B.Arch / M.Arch (Master's or international academic exposure highly desirable).
  • 15–22 years of experience in architecture, with at least a decade in studio/office leadership roles.
  • Strong portfolio of large-scale commercial, workplace, retail, hospitality, logistics, or mixed-use projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a studio/business unit (P&L responsibility, team leadership, resourcing).
  • Excellent client relationship, business development, and communication skills.
