Job Description

As a Brokerage Relationship Manager, you will play a vital role in generating brokerage primarily through advising clients on their equity portfolio for long-term investments as well as positional trading ideas in stocks for short and medium-term gains. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers to maintain a high level of retention of the existing customer base and focus on generating new business.

You will work closely with Relationship Managers to support their efforts to enhance business by maintaining a synergistic relationship and providing regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required.

To succeed in this role, you should have a sound understanding of capital markets and be result-oriented, self-starter, proactive, with strong networking and relationship-building skills, and good communication skills. You should also possess certification in NSE Cash, NSE Derivatives, BSE Cash, and NISM Currency Derivatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree with overall experience of 3-4 years
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Equities on the client advisory side
  • Solid understanding of capital markets
  • Result-oriented, self-starter, proactive
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Certification in NSE Cash, NSE Derivatives, BSE Cash, and NISM Currency Derivatives
