Job Overview:

  • Support the creation of data center technology components by assisting in defining requirements and designing infrastructure.
  • Conduct testing efforts to ensure infrastructure meets necessary specifications and standards.
  • Collaborate with various teams to refine project goals and contribute to overall success of technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for infrastructure engineering, providing solutions to complex problems affecting multiple teams.
  • Lead team collaboration and task management, making informed decisions on key issues.
  • Maintain regular updates with stakeholders on project progress.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management, with strong understanding of IT operations and infrastructure management.
  • Experience with incident management and problem resolution processes, including automation tools and scripting languages.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize system performance, with minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT or Engineering or related field required.
