Account Management Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team in an account management strategist role. This is a highly rewarding position for an individual with a passion for digital marketing and leadership.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic account planning across digital and social media, as well as overseeing day-to-day execution through our servicing team.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans across the digital ecosystem, including strategic analysis, competition, positioning, messaging, tactics, and budget allocation.
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns using organic and paid media channels.
  • Mentor and guide internal teams across content, design, and media to deliver outstanding results for clients.
  • Proactively present ideas to expand our service offering and drive business growth.
Candidate Requirements

We are looking for a professional with:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in a digital marketing agency, with at least 2 years of hands-on paid media experience, preferably performance marketing.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to lead by example.
  • A thorough understanding of business and digital marketing principles.
  • Strong strategic thinking, consulting skills, and ability to keep client projects on plan and on budget.
  • The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • An understanding of the latest trends on social media and their role within a commercial environment.
  • A professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
  • Good presentation skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
