Job Description

The Role of a Product Manager

You will be the key liaison between product strategy and engineering execution. Translate product vision into actionable tasks by creating and prioritizing user stories based on business value.

This is an execution-focused role where you will drive the delivery of high-quality solutions for our clients.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing the product backlog, refining user stories, and prioritizing tasks to align with the product roadmap.
  • Participating in Agile ceremonies to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Providing clarity on user stories and business requirements to enable engineers to deliver solutions with minimal ambiguity.
  • Writing clear and concise user stories that include acceptance criteria and dependencies, enabling engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Reviewing and accepting completed work to ensure it meets the definition of done before releasing it to QA or production.

You will report to the Product Manager and work closely with a dedicated engineering squad.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience working directly with an Agile development team and managing a product backlog.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to unblock teams and keep projects moving forward.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Azure DevOps.
Bonus Points

Experience in the Marketing Technology (MarTech) or demand generation space, experience with data-intensive or integration-heavy products, or certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) would be an added advantage.
