As a Senior Creative Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving creative vision across multiple brands.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in campaign planning and ideation, scriptwriting, and copywriting. They must be able to manage a team of junior creatives, providing guidance and direction to ensure the execution of ideas meets award-winning standards.

You will work closely with our New Business team on creative ideation and pitch development. Additionally, you will present comprehensive creative plans for campaigns and narrate scripts to clients.

The successful applicant will also report to our Creative Lead, who will provide overall direction, feedback, and references for campaigns or other creative tasks.

Key responsibilities include coordinating daily tasks with our Integrated Solutions Team, providing visual direction to our graphic design team, and breaking down briefs to junior creatives.

Furthermore, you will work on revisions based on internal or external feedback, setting realistic timelines that balance ideation, refinement, and client goals.

Throughout the production process, you will conduct in-depth research about brands, their competition, target audiences, and stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends.
