A dynamic and visionary role that blends creative direction with hands-on content creation. As a Creative Lead, you spearhead compelling digital campaigns, develop visual and written content, and guide a team of creatives to deliver innovative marketing solutions that drive engagement and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, websites, email, and other digital platforms.
  • Generate original content ideas – reels, videos, blogs, ad copies, scripts, infographics, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with graphic designers, videographers, and marketers to ensure brand consistency and high-quality output.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, audience behaviors, and platform algorithms to optimize content strategy.
  • Pitch creative concepts to clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
  • Oversee content calendars and production workflows to meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.

Skills Required:

  • Strong storytelling and visual communication skills
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.)
  • Excellent understanding of social media trends (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Copywriting, scriptwriting, and video ideation abilities
  • Leadership, team coordination, and creative brainstorming capabilities
  • Analytical mindset to interpret insights and performance reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
