This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Software Tester.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Software Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, with experience in manual and automation testing. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality automated tests in core technologies, creating test documentation, defining test scope, and improving QA processes.

  • Delivering automated tests in core technologies using Cypress.io and/or Playwright.
  • Creating test documentation to ensure clear understanding of testing procedures.
  • Defining test scope for the tested area and identifying potential risks to ensure efficient testing process.
  • Improving QA processes and defining new ones to enhance overall quality.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the Senior Software Tester will provide support to team members and contribute to technical discussions. They will also be expected to mentor junior testers and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 6 years of commercial experience in manual and automation testing.
  • 3+ years of experience in test automation using Cypress.io and/or Playwright.
  • Good knowledge of at least one JavaScript programming language.
  • Strong understanding of testing techniques, manual testing experience, and some non-functional testing experience.
  • Knowledge of good testing practices and ability to apply them practically.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical people.
  • Experience in API testing using Postman.
  • Ability to mentor junior testers.
