Job Overview:

A quality assurance engineer with 2-3 years of experience in software development life cycle and test cycles is required to support our company's innovative products.

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented quality assurance engineer who can take up technical challenges, work independently and collaboratively, and design, build, and execute automated tests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures to ensure high-quality products
  2. Design, build, and execute automated tests to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  3. Identify regression testing needs and create and maintain an Automated Regression Suite to guarantee continuous improvement
  4. Work closely with stakeholders to analyze end-to-end scenarios, gather requirements, and design test cases to meet customer expectations
  5. Maintain automated scripts utilizing existing frameworks, adhering to coding standards for scalability and reliability
  6. Familiarity with Java or Python, Selenium, Appium, etc., to perform automation of websites and apps on desktop/Mobile devices

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a software quality professional with expertise in software development life cycle and test cycles
  • Knowledge & experience with Java or Python, Selenium, Appium, etc.
  • Detailed and effective written communication skills for documenting features tested and bugs found
  • Ability to follow Scrum process, participate in Scrum meetings, and contribute to team collaboration

Preferred Requirements:

  • Automation skills and hands-on experience in testing Cloud applications
  • Familiarity with JIRA, GIT, SQL, and databases for efficient project management
