Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Quality Assurance Professional with 7+ years of experience in Software Testing – Manual & Automation and Quality Assurance practice to take on this challenging role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Implement industry-leading Quality Assurance best practices to ensure software quality.
  • Analyze and develop complex test data sets for thorough testing.
  • Execute manual and automated tests using Selenium, TestNG, and BDD framework.
  • Design and develop efficient automated test scripts using Selenium and BDD framework.
  • Investigate and report defects, collaborating closely with developers to resolve issues.
  • Analyze test results and track key software testing metrics.
  • Present detailed test reports to stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior software test engineers, sharing expertise and knowledge.
  • Collaborate in the defect management process.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of professional experience in Software Testing – Manual & Automation and Quality Assurance practice.
  • Experience working with Trade Finance platforms.
  • Strong background in testing web applications, databases, and APIs.
  • Expertise in various types of Functional and Non-Functional testing.
  • Experience designing and developing Test Automation Frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Selenium Webdrivers, TestNG, etc.
  • Strong understanding of Quality Assurance methodologies.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of database technologies like SQL Server, MySQL, etc.
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing requirements and learn new tools and practices as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong track record of delivering high-quality results to clients.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while integrating with the Implementation Services team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Financial Services knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
