Job Title: Program Management Office Analyst
Role Summary:The PMO analyst plays a critical role in the global project management office, working closely with senior leaders to understand their requirements for measuring project portfolio progress and success. This involves determining data collection methods, facilitating project data collection, analyzing data quality and timeliness, and presenting management information to track business performance and guide decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data analysis reports to schedule and set up projects and releases in reporting systems
- Provide technical support for systems such as Smartsheet, Jira, and Hub Planner
- Offer cover during absences for other team members in key areas
- Facilitate project delivery data collection and tracking of key project milestones
- Maintain the company resource plan and facilitate resource supply and demand data collection
- Present management information to various teams per the reporting timetable
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in project management or associated roles
- Experience working with Jira for reporting and portfolio management purposes
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, or others
- Strong analytical skills to gather, interpret, and present data on portfolio performance, risks, and benefits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
