Transformative Digital Experience Designer

The role of a User Experience (UX) Designer is pivotal in shaping the digital landscape of an organization. As a Transformative Digital Experience Designer, you will play a crucial part in crafting intuitive, user-centric experiences that drive engagement and foster growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Thinking: Lead the visual and interaction design of digital products, tools, and portals, primarily within the ServiceNow ecosystem, with a focus on translating complex problems into beautiful, user-friendly experiences.
  • ServiceNow Portals: Manage the ServiceNow Portals platform, including Employee Center and other custom portals, to ensure a seamless, efficient experience across the employee journey.
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Partner with Business Unit teams to support future development work on the platform, enhancing the design system, building new modules, and refining existing workflows.
  • AI Integration: Play a key role in integrating AI into the portal experience, helping shape how generative AI, virtual agents, and personalized automation elevate the employee support experience.
  • UI/UX Design: Translate business needs and user requirements into intuitive and beautiful UI/UX designs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Research and Testing: Conduct UX research, usability testing, and apply insights into iterative design improvements, driving continuous enhancement of digital experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years in UX/UI design, digital product design, or web interface design, with a proven track record of delivering impactful digital experiences.
  • Tools and Skills: Proficient in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar, with a solid understanding of HTML and CSS.
  • Design Expertise: Sharp eye for visual design, spacing, hierarchy, and storytelling, with strong UX process mindset: research → ideate → prototype → test → iterate.
  • Portfolio: Showcase excellent design work and UX thinking through a robust portfolio.
