Job Title: Digital Experience Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Experience Architect with expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) migrations to join our team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will bring front-end development skills (React/JavaScript) along with working knowledge of AEM Assets (DAM) to support content and asset management needs. Key responsibilities include supporting migration of existing AEM implementations to AEMaaCS, refactoring legacy codebases to align with cloud-native architecture and best practices, configuring and managing AEM environments using Adobe Cloud Manager and DevOps pipelines, developing and customizing AEM components, templates, Sling Models, and OSGi services, building responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible interfaces with HTL, JavaScript, and React, creating workflows, servlets, and event handlers to automate content processes, integrating AEM with third-party systems using REST APIs, GraphQL, etc., and supporting AEM Assets configuration, metadata schemas, and folder structures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven hands-on experience with AEM and AEMaaCS migrations.
  • Strong front-end development skills (React/JavaScript).
  • Experience with AEM Assets (DAM) and content management best practices.
  • Solid understanding of HTL (Sightly), Sling, OSGi, and Java-based AEM customizations.
  • Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, Adobe Cloud Manager, and integrations with REST/GraphQL.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
