Senior AEM Architect Job Summary

This pivotal role entails designing and deploying customer-centric digital experiences.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion, strong exposure to integrating AEM with enterprise systems like CRM, DAM, and eCommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Web Content Management Solutions: Align with client business needs and technology goals.
  • Lead Integration Efforts: Seamlessly integrate AEM with CRM systems, Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms, and eCommerce solutions.
  • Translate Business Requirements into Technical Workflows: Work directly with stakeholders to ensure delivery success.
  • Evaluate Infrastructure Performance and Scalability: Plan capacity for future needs. Conduct impact analysis and infrastructure assessments based on project needs.
  • Define Non-Functional Requirements: Ensure adherence to Availability, Performance, Scalability, Backup, Redundancy, and Security standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Adobe Workfront Fusion: Strong, hands-on experience required.
  • Adobe AEM / AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
  • Integration of AEM with CRM, DAM, and eCommerce Platforms
  • Deep Understanding of AEM Architecture and Deployment Strategies
  • Experience with Multi-Site, Multi-Channel Content Delivery and Personalization
  • Automated Workflow Management and Multilingual Content Support
  • Web Development Expertise: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, JSP
  • Java / J2EE Technologies: Servlets, JSP, Tag Libraries, JSTL
  • Frameworks: Spring, Hibernate
  • RESTful Web Services
  • Apollo Apollo Felix, OSGi, JCR, CRX
  • CMS Frameworks and Standards: JSR-170, JSR-283, JSR-168, JSR-286
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Day CQ Foundational Concepts
  • Agile Methodology Experience and Scrum Master Ability
  • Strong Understanding of Design Patterns
  • Configuration Planning, Testing, and Change Management Experience
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Ability to Engage with Senior Stakeholders and Clients
  • MBA/PGDM or Relevant Postgraduate Degree is a Plus
