Job Description:

We're seeking a results-driven individual with a proven track record in visa and ticketing sales. As a Retail Sales Strategist, your primary focus will be on developing and implementing sales strategies that target retail customers, including tourists, students, and business travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies targeting retail (B2C) customers, including tourists, students, and business travelers
  • Promote bundled services: visa assistance, air ticket bookings, and travel insurance
  • Monitor market trends and explore new growth opportunities
  • Leverage local marketing opportunities like partnerships, travel fairs, and social media campaigns
  • Generate leads via direct inquiries, referrals, and online platforms
  • Convert inquiries into sales by providing personalized travel solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering exceptional service and support
  • Stay updated on visa requirements, documentation, airline policies, and travel restrictions
  • Manage domestic and international ticketing with competitive pricing
  • Train and lead a team of sales executives to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Travel & Tourism, or related fields (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in visa and ticketing sales, focusing on retail/B2C
  • Expertise in visa applications for destinations like the USA, Canada, Australia, and Schengen countries
  • Proficiency with GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo) is highly preferred. Familiarity with CRM tools and digital platforms for lead generation
  • Strong skills in upselling, cross-selling, and lead management
  • Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and regional languages
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and proactive problem solver
