We are looking for a South Cluster Sales Manager to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for specific districts of our company. A Regional Sales Manager, or Area Sales Manager, is responsible for developing and implementing sales, marketing, financial and structural strategies in stores across a group of territories. Their duties include visiting stores to meet with employees, communicating about sales goals and expectations and gathering research about their target market. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.
Tasks and duties
- We are looking for the one who have experience in shoes and footwear in retail.
- Should have Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Cluster manager in Shoes and footwear with good Work and have a good command in the market.
- Support the learning and development of the sales team.
- Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads
- Track and report all sales activities.
- Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis.
- Leading and motivating retail managers and employees across multiple locations.
- Setting sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Ensuring consistency of visual merchandising across multiple retail stores.
- Responsible for stock audit and Shrinkage control.
- Monitoring stock levels and financial transactions of multiple store locations.
- Acting as a liaison between retail managers and upper management.
- Assisting with recruitment and training processes.
- Preparing rosters and allocating duties.
- Responsible for the overall budget and strategy for all shops within your cluster.
- Manage and resolve complex operational issues that arise across multiple sites.
- Work collaboratively with the Head of Retail and Retail Management teams making sure they are fully informed about Retail activities.
- Promotion, marketing & promotional management.
- Support the opening of new and refitted shops by ensuring merchandising, stocking and preparation is ready for the set opening date.
- Ensure best customer shopping experience & customer delights.
- Responsible for the recruitment, induction, management, and training of all shop Supervisors and Volunteers.
- To maintain and develop good channels of communication with customers and colleagues in other shops, local communities, and organizations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduation is must
- Should have Experience in Footwear as a Cluster Manager / Area Manager or Regional Manager
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to travel as needed
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
