One of our prominent retail pharmacy chain clients is seeking Cluster Manager at Bangalore Location.

Job Title: Cluster Manager

Location: Bangalore

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple pharmacy outlets in the assigned cluster.
  • Drive business performance by achieving sales targets, profitability, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, and ensure zero expiries across all stores.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements (DCA norms, billing practices, pharmacy licenses).
  • Train, and manage pharmacists and store staff; monitor performance and motivate for high output.
  • Implement SOPs and company policies across all stores in the cluster.
  • Conduct regular store audits to ensure standards in hygiene, customer service, and display.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns and local marketing activities to increase footfall and revenue.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales, operational issues, and cluster performance to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2–3 years in a multi-store supervisory role. (Pharmacy retail chain experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and data analysis.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the cluster.
