Job Role Overview

As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality standards. Your expertise in software development principles and technical skills will drive the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading teams to tackle complex assignments efficiently and effectively.
  • Developing and maintaining real-time trading applications using C++ and C# programming languages.
  • Integrating third-party APIs with internal systems, including market data feeds and FIX protocol.
  • Optimizing and refactoring codebases for low-latency and high-throughput performance.
  • Designing and implementing automated testing frameworks to ensure platform stability.
  • Monitoring and supporting production trading systems, including troubleshooting and incident resolution.
  • Developing back-testing frameworks and historical data analysis tools for strategy research.
  • Ensuring code adheres to security, compliance, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in team handling and management.
  • Proficiency in C++, C# programming languages.
  • Experience with third-party API integration.
  • Knowledge of low-latency and high-throughput system design.
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
  • Understanding of security and compliance requirements in fintech.

Professional Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in project management.
