Civil Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to optimize project specifications without deviating from client requirements. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction estimation, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze project scope and validate technical specifications received from design teams
  • Optimize specifications based on industry best practices
  • Validate bill of quantities (BOQs) and backup workings
  • Present BOQs and solutions to management for approval
  • Check and process requests for amendments
  • Prepare cost analysis based on benchmark cost matrix
  • Submit different budget options considering alternative solutions
  • Explore new products and present them for approval
  • Propose optimization options in budgets
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detailed understanding of systems and construction processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software
