Job Opportunity: Site Construction Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to oversee construction activities, ensure quality control, and collaborate with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering principles, project management experience, and excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following key qualifications:

  • A degree or diploma in civil engineering or a related field;
  • At least 2-3 years of on-site project management experience, preferably in civil and structural engineering;
  • Strong knowledge of safety compliance regulations and quality control processes in construction projects;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications;
  • Proficiency in using AI-based project planning and scheduling tools is a plus.

You will be responsible for:

  • Preparing site plans and specifications;
  • Inspecting construction sites to ensure compliance with design, project specifications, and safety codes;
  • Directing or performing surveys and measurements;
  • Estimating costs and preparing budgets;
  • Planning and coordinating construction activities for timely completion of projects;
  • Working with architects, consultants, and contractors on project estimations and designs;
  • Performing geotechnical analysis and conducting soil tests for structural foundations;
  • Reporting on work progress and budget matters to seniors.
