As a seasoned Estimation Manager, you will oversee the entire estimation process from start to finish.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all projects are accurately estimated, budgeted, and billed. This includes:

  • Budgeting: Develop and manage project budgets, taking into account all costs associated with each project.
  • Estimation: Conduct thorough site visits and assessments to determine accurate quantities and costs for each project.
  • Billing: Manage the billing process, including preparing invoices, administering variations and change orders, and ensuring timely payments.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in the real estate or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, processes, and audits.
  • Proven track record in managing project billing, preparing contracts, and handling amendments and change orders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address quality, billing, and contractual issues.

About the Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and have comprehensive expertise in estimation, budgeting, billing, and contract management.
