Job Description:

As a seasoned professional, the successful candidate will oversee the planning and execution of projects with complex technical requirements. EPC projects, in particular, demand meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities include project initiation, scope definition, schedule development, budget estimation, procurement management, risk assessment and mitigation, and final acceptance criteria establishment.

  • Initiate and Plan Projects: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and initiate projects from concept through execution and closure.
  • Scope Definition: Work closely with project stakeholders to develop clear project scope documents that define the objectives, deliverables, timelines, budget, and responsibilities.
  • Budget Estimation and Cost Management: Develop detailed project budgets and manage costs effectively to ensure profitability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in Project Management or related field with 8-15 years experience in relevant sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing complex EPC projects with strong technical expertise.
  • Proficient in using project management tools such as MS Project and Asana.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
