Senior Financial Strategist

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's financial management and control functions. You will work closely with senior leaders to provide strategic financial guidance and ensure compliance with international standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy in alignment with the organization's overall objectives.
- Provide expert financial advice to senior management on budgeting, resource allocation, and investment decisions.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and strategic plans, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Establishing a robust audit framework and risk-based audit plan.
- Conducting internal audits of financial transactions, processes, and systems.
- Preparing clear and concise audit reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans.
- Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional accounting certification desirable.
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in auditing, finance, and accounting roles, with at least 5-7 years in a senior management position.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent budgeting and forecasting skills, and knowledge of internal control frameworks are essential. Proficiency in using financial management systems is also required.
