Oracle HCM Configuration and Support Specialist Job Description

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Configuration and Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will possess excellent business application knowledge in the Oracle HCM domain, with a strong ability to resolve issues quickly and convert business requirements into system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and develop solutions based on business requirements.
  • Analyze and resolve production issues within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Work closely with the HCM product owner to plan and prioritize backlog items.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leads and module leads to deliver solutions.
  • Ensure efficient daily standups, refinements, and retrospectives.
  • Maintain configuration workbooks and documentations as necessary.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and deliver results according to deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2+ years of proven experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM developer/analyst.
  • Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Agile/CI frameworks experience is advantageous.
  • Preferred qualifications include hands-on Oracle HCM configuration/development experience.
  • Experience in agile delivery frameworks/methodologies.
  • Managing incidents/problems.
  • Oracle Cloud Certification.
