Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR and Time and Labor modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational processes and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR and Time and Labor modules.
  • Engage in requirement gathering sessions and translate business requirements into functional configurations.
  • Configure person management, work structures, and employment models within Core HR.
  • Design and implement Time and Labor setups including time entry rules, time calculation rules, and time device integrations.
  • Perform system testing, data validation, and assist users during UAT.
  • Prepare functional documentation including BRDs, configuration workbooks, and user guides.
  • Support post-implementation activities including training, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for data migration, integration, and reporting requirements.

Required Skills:

  • Strong functional experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with a focus on Core HR and Time and Labor modules.
  • Understanding of HCM business processes and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with HCM data loading tools and reporting (e.g., HDL, OTBI, BI Publisher).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud is a plus.
